剧情简介
Young cou ple Madeleine and Neil are coaxed by ac quainta nce Monsieur Beaumont to get marri e d on his Haitian plan tation. Beaumont's motives are purely selfish a s he m akes every attem pt to convince the beautif ul young girl to run away with him. F or help Beaumont turns to the devious Legendre, a man w ho runs his mill by mind cont roll i ng peopl e he has turned into zombies. After Beaumont uses Legendre's zombie pot io n on Madeleine, h e is dissatisfi e d with her emotion less being and wan ts her to be changed back. Legendre has no in tention of doing this and he drugs B eaumont as wel l to add to his zombi e collection. Meanwhile, grieving 'w idower' N eil is convinced by a local priest that Madeleine may still be alive and he seeks her out.
