剧情简介
Nick and Nor a's hope s fo r a pleasant aftern oon at t he local race tr a ck a re das hed when a jock ey is found shot dead in the locker r oom. Nick's friend Lt. Abra ms wants him to help ou t but Nick is enjoying the good lif e too much t o get involved. However, he is subsequentl y approached by Majo r Scully to look into corruption and the r ole of organized crime i n gambling. Others are killed but in t he end, Nick g athe rs all of t he suspe cts into a room and identifies the k iller.
