剧情简介
Stephen Arrows mith (Paul Muller), a scienti st experime nting with the possibility of reg enerating blood through electrici ty has his home and labora tory in t he c astle owned by his wife Muriel (Barbara Steele). Arro wsmith finds her later having sex with a garden e r and disfigures him with a hot poker an d burn s Muriel&# 39;s face with acid b efore electrocuting both of th em. Arrowsm ith hides their hearts in an urn and then us es their blood to rejuvenate the aged servant Solange (Helga Liné). Later, Arrowsmith realizes that he is not Muriel's h eir, but that the estate has been willed to her sister Jenny (Barbar a Steele). Jenny is mentally unstable, and Arrowsmith marri es her, late r planning to have Solange drive her to the brink of sanity. J enny begins having nightmares which include the sound of beating hearts and Muriel's voice urging her to murder Stephen. Arrowsmith brings Jenny to the doctor Derek Joyce (M arino Masé) who is convinced tha t s upernatural forces are at work. Arrowsmith later tr ies to give Solange another blood transfus ion, the doctor then discovers the hidden hearts of Muriel and the gardener. The t wo return as g hosts wi th Muriel burning Stephen aliv e while David reduces Solange to a skeleton by sucking her blood. The doctor and Jenny leave the castle and consign the two found hearts to a fire.
