剧情简介
Six Characters is possibl y the most highly an ticipa ted Thai film this year, not least of a ll for its star-studded cas t. On a shooting s et fille d with tension, a nervous director (Mario Maurer) tries to shoot a horror movie. The willful cas t of actors is no help. Meanwhi le, six strangers suddenly ap pear who tell their sto ry, ex plaining that th ey are the characters of the script left by a dead sc reen write r. The director laugh s at the strangers at first but eventually begins to get c arried away by the compelling fam ily story they tell. Director M.L. Bhandevanov Devakula, who also visited Busan in 2011 with Eternity, is a director who is talented depicting e roticism with intense emotions as well as adaptatio n as in the Jan D ara se ries. Six Characters, an adaptation of It alian playwriter Luigi Pirandello′s Six Characters in Search of an Author, s potlights the director ’ s s trengths and vision.
