剧情简介
A group of fi ve young friends travel from Los Angeles to exotic Panama f or a week of partying in lush t ropical paradise. Befriendi ng a beautiful local woman in their hotel bar, t hey learn of a secret jungle hike to a pristine waterfall nearb y. The woman cautions them strongly against the hike, w arning tha t other gringos in search of the legendary waterfall had mysteriousl y disappe ared into the jun gle, never to be seen or heard from again. Ignoring her warnings, the group convinc es the woman to guide them to the picturesque waterfall, thinking that they have nothing to fear with a local as their guid e. What begins as a fun outing quickly turns terrifying when their gui de myster io usly va nishes after a romantic tryst at the falls. As night closes in, the friends realize too late th e tru th behind h er warnings— horrific, bloodthirsty, flesh -eating crea tures are now stalk ing them. The mangl ed survivors rush to jungle caves for shelter, on ly to realize they ’ve entered the monste rs’ lair!
